WHISTLEBLOWER POLICY STATEMENT
Ultimate Armour Works is committed to conducting its business with honesty and integrity at all times. If, at any time, this commitment is not respected or appears to be in question, UAW will endeavour to identify and remedy such situations. Therefore, it is the company's policy to ensure that when a person has reasonable grounds to believe that an employee, manager or any other person related to the company has committed, or is about to commit, an offence that could harm the company's business or reputation, it denounces the wrongdoers in question. The whistleblowing policy has been put in place to encourage employees, partners or managers or anyone related to UAW to disclose this information or behavior.
Whistleblowing Exposes
- Illegal or unethical or dishonest practices
- Relates to activity that may affect the economic security
- Corruption / bribery / financial malpractice
- Criminal offences
- The endangering of someone’s health and safety
- Damage to the environment
- Protecting complainants from reprisals
- Harassment, bullying or intimidation, victimization
How to Report
All information received from you will be treated confidentially and sensitively.
You will not be required to provide your name when making a disclosure. To make a disclosure on an anonymous basis, you can submit through disclosure form or you can also send email to whistleblower@armour-works.com
